With over a decade of experience, she previously served as Vice President and Regional Sales Director at a leading organization (PH), where she played a key role in expanding operations, building strategic partnerships, and guiding hundreds of families through complex care decisions.
Her work has always gone beyond placement. Gisela is recognized for her ability to create trust, bring clarity to emotional moments, and deliver a level of care that feels both professional and deeply personal.
After years of leadership at the executive level, Gisela chose to embrace a new chapter — one rooted in independence, vision, and purpose. This led to the creation of Alliance Senior Placement, a company built on the belief that care should feel like a true partnership.
Today, she works closely with families, healthcare professionals, and senior living communities to ensure every placement is thoughtful, seamless, and aligned with each client’s unique needs. Her mission is to elevate the standard of senior placement — offering not just guidance, but reassurance, trust, and genuine human connection.
Beyond her professional life, Gisela is deeply inspired by creativity. She has a passion for art and photography, often finding beauty in everyday moments and human connection — a perspective that naturally translates into the way she cares for others.
